On behalf of our client, Brain Catch is looking for an experienced Delivery & Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of ERP systems, digital products and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, vendors and stakeholders.
- Develop integrated project plans using Microsoft Project and manage daily execution through Azure DevOps.
- Lead multiple workstreams and coordinate development, QA, product, infrastructure, security, vendors and business teams.
- Manage ERP implementation and upgrade projects across Finance, HR, Payroll, Procurement, Inventory and Operations.
- Manage digital-product and mobile-application delivery, including backlog, QA, UAT, app-store publishing, localization and hotfixes.
- Control requirements, acceptance criteria, change requests, RAID logs and delivery dependencies.
- Oversee SIT, UAT, performance and security testing, data migration, integrations and production readiness.
- Manage deployment, rollback, go-live, user adoption and post-go-live stabilization.
- Manage vendor SOWs, SLAs, contractual milestones, budgets and performance.
- Provide clear project-status reporting to senior and executive stakeholders while ensuring governance, compliance and documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT project or delivery management.
- Proven experience delivering at least two of the following: an ERP implementation or upgrade, a mobile application rollout, or a B2B or B2C digital product or platform launch.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project and Azure DevOps is mandatory.
- Experience managing UAT, production go-lives, vendors, SOWs and multiple workstreams.
- Good understanding of ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP or Oracle.
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, CI/CD, deployment environments and data migration.
- Strong executive communication, leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred
- PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, SAFe or an equivalent certification.
- ITIL, Power BI, ISO 27001, SOC 2 or data-privacy exposure.
- Experience in workforce management, manpower solutions, service marketplaces or on-demand services.
