On behalf of our client, Brain Catch is looking for an experienced Quality Management Representative (QMR) to strengthen process compliance, management-system effectiveness and continual improvement across multiple Group companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and continuously improve the QMS/IMS in line with ISO 9001:2015.
- Prepare and execute risk-based internal audit plans across operational and administrative processes.
- Conduct process and compliance audits against approved policies, SOPs, internal controls and ISO requirements.
- Document audit findings, perform root-cause analysis and follow up corrective actions through effective closure.
- Coordinate management reviews and external certification, surveillance and recertification audits.
- Monitor quality and process KPIs and prepare management dashboards and reports.
- Support process improvement, workflow standardization, risk assessment and control enhancement across the Group.
- Maintain controlled management-system documentation and monitor compliance through ERP and reporting tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of overall professional experience, including at least 3 years as a QMR or in a similar Quality Management or Process Compliance role.
- ISO 9001:2015 certification and formal Internal Auditor training or certification are mandatory.
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is strongly preferred.
- Practical knowledge of ISO 19011; knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is an advantage.
- Strong experience in internal auditing, risk assessment, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, process mapping and KPI analysis.
- Hands-on ERP experience is required; Odoo experience is highly preferred.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel, management reporting tools, and written and spoken English.
- Experience in industrial, engineering, trading, contracting, warehousing, logistics, distribution or diversified group environments is preferred.
