On behalf of our client, a leading Holding Group, Brain Catch is looking for an experienced Senior Consolidation Accountant to join the Group Reporting & Consolidation Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reporting schedules.
- Prepare group consolidation packs, including intercompany eliminations and adjustments.
- Collect and consolidate financial data from subsidiaries for group reporting.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and support the financial reporting close.
- Prepare variance analysis and management reporting schedules.
- Prepare financial statement disclosures and notes in accordance with IFRS.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
- Ensure group reporting complies with accounting policies and IFRS requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, audit or group consolidation.
- Strong understanding of IFRS and consolidation principles.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge.
- Experience with ERP reporting systems.
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills are mandatory.
